You say this forum doesn't get enough traffic, correct? Well you could do what my Mac clan has, put it at the top. That way, every new post they can see. It's not hidden at the bottom with staff crap, and other stuff you don't see.

Also, they have subforums for the different games they are playing, or planning to play. WarCraft 3, Diablo II, and Shadowbane right now. But say a NWN subforum for discussing the game.

Also, they tend to post more random stuff in the clan board. Debates on whether pie or cake is better, the need for a damnit smilie, and stuff like that. Basically it's a general discussion for clan members, not a strict "Post about the clan or die" attitude.

Maybe moving the Private Forums category to the top would help it. Got a few more boards, but a little re-arranging and Black Forum could be a subforum of general, and staff could just sit at the bottom.

Just a thought. Anyone think it would help, or is the clan just not really into computer gaming?

I'm working on a new one as well. I need something to keep me busy until the Sims Online is released.
