Favorite Starburst Flavor
 

There seem to be a lot of polls lately. So what's your favorite flavor from the original pack of starbursts?

Strawberry, followed by lemon or cherry, followed by orange. As a rule of thumb I typically dislike cherry or prefer it the least, but Starburst has a pretty outstanding cherry flavored candy. What I am trying to say is I pretty much like them all, but I definitely have an affinity for strawberry.

Now Strawberry is a staple for me, that one stays on top. Lemon and cherry will flip-flop, and orange always seems to be my least favorite for whatever reason.

Which is weird because I love orange soda. :ohreilly: :confused:

Also, I'm a little disappointed we are restricting this poll to the original flavors. My life would be vacant without this guy:

We can always make another poll. I just wanted to see how the first four matched up, since they're the most common flavors.

The order that I put those four flavors in, from favorite to least favorite, is Lemon, Orange, Cherry, Strawberry. I like tart flavors better than sweet flavors, so that's probably the reason for this order.

I used to eat Runts on order from most hated to most loved..... Loved all the bananas at the end!

I always threw out the bananas, but I've always hated banana candy in general. The only thing I like banana flavored is bananas.

^ Me too. :) But then again I don't like regular bananas either. For some reason that seems to be the only taste I can't tolerate in any form...well, I guess dried bananas are ok if I'm really hungry and don't let them linger on my tongue too long.

I haven't had banana runts in ages but I do recall they had a chemical flavor to them. All the runts did, actually. I liked the pink ones best. Dammit, I may have to go on a quest to find some runts for nostalgia sake.

A friend offered me some starbursts the other day.
But I don't eat that shit.
So I threw it on the ground.

Orange is my favourite.
Banana candy is disgusting. I had a McDonalds banana cream pie or something like that and it was pukery.

Do they sell winegums in the states? My friend always buys them for road trips..

New question: Do you guys chew your Starburst or just suck on them like a hard candy? I don't like anything sticky in my teeth so I usually suck on them.
