No Pokemon?
Is Nintendo opting not to show the new Pokemon or what? They released some info on it, but no screens, and if they did reveal it, I'd expect it to be at the press confrence.

I'm hoping it will be a surprise.

Perhaps they are saving it for the last day of E3 before it's revealed, they have to keep peoples interest and have secrets somewhere along the line.
|
Everything they aren't going to show at E3, will be saved for SpaceWorld 2002, a few months away :D.
For example RARE and other Nintendo games for both the GBA and GC. |
Yeah. They are saving this for SpaceWorld. If you think of how big Pokemon is in the States, quadruple that and you've got Japan. Well, maybe not now, but when it was going strong. I expect that they are keeping the leash on Pokemon because they want to reveal it to its biggest audience.

I'm dissappointed no Pokémon was shown at E3. I personally think they should of given us something. We faithful Pokémon fans have been waiting for something and we need some new fuel, so to speak. I would really like to see the Pokémon Adventures brought to Gamecube, I mean what better time? As long we have a new system, might as well make a transition. I think Pokémon is a perfect game to make use of the GBA-NGC cable. It would also be a great way to introduce Nintendo to the world of online gaming.

I don't get it. How come in every new Pokemon game there are at least 100 more pokemon discovered in the world. How do these unseen pokemon all of the sudden become common on the same planet? I know it's just a game, but I wish there was some kind of explaination, like they evolve strangely, were created by scientists, or came from another planet.
