Heavy Rain (no spoilers)
Has anyone else bought it yet? I finally had a real purpose for me to get a PS3 and did so today finally. Hour or so into playing (and spending 10-20 minutes making the origami during the install which was clever) and I'm loving it. Only minor complaint is walking is a little "cludgy" but I have no complaints so far about the QTE's. Feels natural.
The journey to get a PS3 locally was near hell. Went to Gamestop, Walmart, and Target since all 3 were merely a block apart literally and nothing. Called all Walmarts and Targets in the region and none in stock. It was past 9pm so I had nowhere else to go. Go to best buy today by work in hopes they have one and they had 4. Jaw nearly dropped because it felt like one of those moments when you spotted a Wii in 2007 :lolz: |

Rented it, playing it.
My brother and I divvied up who controls what character by the order they came up. I ended up with both guys that look like David Duchovny. |
Re: Heavy Rain (no spoilers)
I was watching Dylan play it last night, and the game looks pretty cool.
I personally don't like how it gives you so a lot of attempts to fix your mistakes though. At times it seems almost impossible to fail certain things because it will just carry on the scene until you "win". |
Re: Heavy Rain (no spoilers)
There are some times where you can't "fail" which for a game, they have to include since they couldn't write different endings for every single little thing quite yet.
Now that I've beaten it and gotten a decent ending, I'm going to go for 'epic fail' play and try to fail at everything I can fail at. |

Not satisfied with the ending we got. |
Re: Heavy Rain (no spoilers)
Any further impressions on Heavy Rain? I watched the GameTrailers review yesterday, and at the least it looks to be quite an intriguing title.
