That guy who helped with some of the original FF is actually the creator of FF. ;)

I didn't want to say that because it isn't one person who creates a game/franchise, but I guess he is considered the father.

The Xenoblade looks like a miniature mass relay from Mass Effect. And it sounds like Nobuo Uematsu is composing the music for The Last Story - which would be pretty sweet.

Anyway, not much to say until I see more. But more RPGs are always a good thing.

Meh Lost Odyssey was a terrible game. I do not expect much.

This game will most likely be a disappointment, but a game based on Batman: Brave and the Bold.

I do like the series, but thus far Arkham Asylum has been the most successful game and wasn't based on anything.

The game is for Wii/DS which I assume means its the kid-friendly game for when Arkham asylum 2 drops.

It will be a co-op experience that also allows you to link the Wii with the DS to unlock Bat-Mite, who will be controlled via the DS in the Wii Version of the game. Wayforward is developing the games while Warner Bros. has announced Batman, Robin, Green Lantern, Blue Beetle and Aquaman as playable characers with "dozens of popular villians" to fight. We will keep you informed with as much info as we can as time moves on.

The world welcomes its newest gaming star, a one Ms. Lara Croft, who has nothing to do with the character that debut like 15 years ago, and the several other reboots.

CRYSTAL DYNAMICS ANNOUNCES NEW LARA CROFT™ ADVENTURE, LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT™

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – March 4, 2010 – Crystal Dynamics™, a part of Square Enix Europe, today announced Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light™, a new game developed by Crystal Dynamics, which will be released via digital download in 2010.

“This is a really exciting project for Crystal Dynamics, we have created something completely new and very different to what people might be expecting,” said Darrell Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics. “Lara Croft is such an iconic character in videogames, with Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light we have created what we believe is a truly original digital experience.”

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light will be shown strictly “behind closed doors” at this year’s Game Developers Conference beginning on March 9th.

Crystal Dynamics is an award-winning studio located in San Francisco. Founded in 1992, the studio has created and developed key game franchises such as: Legacy of Kain™, Pandemonium™, Gex™ and most recently the Tomb Raider™ series.

Nice Valve has announced Portal 2, I'm curious how they will release this though, the first one was an awesome game, but would never pay more than 20 bucks for it on its own. Unless they bundle with TF 2 Plus for 360.

Valve, creators of best-selling game franchises (such as Left 4 Dead, Counter-Strike and Half-Life) and leading technologies (such as Steam and Source), today announced Portal 2 for shipment this coming holiday season.

Portal 2 is the sequel to 2007's Portal, which won 70 industry achievement awards.

Seems like the game will offer co-op play.
