Her boyfriend was kidnapped by a creature from aforementioned dimension and needs your help in this daring rescue. Depends on her alcohol consumption level.
But it can mean two things, and two things only - barring her being a contractor.
And that is A) She wants to have a private conversation with you or B) she wants to have a private conversation naked.

I was in a party with a female night elf rogue, and we were in an outdoor dungeon in WoW. She told me the same thing, but I just thought she wanted to slay some more monsters to get the quest item she so desperately wanted.

I'll add some more information and see if your opinions are the same:

We had been exploring the first level of the house with a group of people, four to five including us, but after that was done I talked to her alone for around 20 minutes. She then said we should, "go explore upstairs." A guy who was sitting next to us but not in our conversation then said, "You could be a little more subtle than that."

I interpreted it as she actually did want to go explore the upstairs, but I can often be quite the literalist.
