Missing Speech from Bioshock

I'm not sure if anyone ha sseen this yet, but it's a missing speech from Andrew Ryan in Bioshock and it adds a bit of backstory to the character (who aftrer seeing this, I am convinced is a purposeful combiination of Ayn Rand and her character, John Galt from Atlas Shrugged).

After hearing it, I can't imagine why they left it out. It adds so much to an important character.

On a plus side, the voice hasn't been "deepened" so you hear the unaltered dolcette tonnes of Armin Shimerman, the brilliant actor behind Andrew Ryan. Who is also famous for being in Buffy anf infamously playing:

Not only that, but Ryan's history is essentially a brief Ayn Rand biography.
