A Very Potter Musical!
 

So a group of students and friends at the University of Michigan were all sitting around one day reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. They decided it would make an amazing musical. So they have been working on it since Book 4, and finally they raised enough money to put on the show.

Considering its low budget, and the fact that it's a bunch of people who are all friends...

It turned out to be funny and awesome.

Act 1, Part 1 of "A Very Potter Musical"

It's about 2 hours long, but it's a pretty hilarious 2 hours.

Lines 1-6 of the opening number made me laugh so hopefully this will warrant a watch of the first part of act 1 at least:

Underneath these stairs
I hear the sneers and feel the glares of
my cousin, my uncle and my aunt.

Can't believe how cruel they are
and it stings my lighting scar
to know that they'll never ever give me what I want.

Heheh...totally awesome.

And the sorting hatter ran off with the scarf of sexual preference. I'm enjoying this a lot more than I thought I would.

Just finished watching the entire thing. Wow, that was genius. Shame it was a one time performance.
