Re: Behemoth vs. Banshee
Hmm, well the Behemoth is the land dwelling counterpart of the Leviathan. Should be an odd couple type sitcom about them.
Pretty interesting from its wikipedia entry. I gotta read the bible one of these days. Or at least the parts involving monsters and demons. |
Re: Behemoth vs. Banshee
Well, I can tell you there really aren't that many monsters and demons in the Bible. We think a behemoth was probably a hippo.
As for things you might be interested in: Some angels disobeyed God, materialized and had sex with women. Those women gave birth to the Nephilim, violent half-demons who were quite large. Then the Flood came and they were destroyed. (Genesis chapter 6 and 7.) Jonas got swallowed by a big fish. Stayed in it for a couple of days before it repented and got out. Who knows what kind of fish God used for that? Jesus threw out a bunch of demons, some of them spoke back. Some demon names are mentioned, but they probably were all alternative names for Satan. (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John.) Revelation (and Daniel) have some 'cool' monsters. Most of them symbolize earthly nations. |
Re: Behemoth vs. Banshee
Banshee is much more creepy and scary. Definitely the Banshee.

You better prepare your vote-swaying speeches if this results in a tie.
