Evil Cosmic Joke
I just have shit for luck this week as it relates to games.
I'm playing TF 2 with the group on Tuesday, and the game freezes up. I go to restart the console and I get the dreaded RRoD. So now that's in the coffin. I worked most of yesterday so no big deal. I get punch-out for Wii and go to fire it up, system starts, game is in... sensor bar won't recognize the pointer so I can't even select the friggin game! This is just awful. |

The controller works well. Its that somehow its not seen it on screen, and no way to navigate menu without it. |

They were using a third party wireless bar, so I brought over mine, hooked it up, and it worked beautifully. My suggestion is to gently make sure all the wires on the sensor bar are attatched firmly. |

If nothing else, get a new one 2morrow or something. And there's always my PS3... *Looks at it...* |
Re: Evil Cosmic Joke
Do you have a classic controller? you can use that to navigate.

Re: Evil Cosmic Joke
You have tried re-synchronising the controller I take it? Press the little red button under the flap on the front of the wii and the one under the battery cover of your wii mote?
*Hides BaB's PS3* |

Also, as Zen said, if you have a classic controller you can use the analog sticks to navigate. Maybe you can navigate with the analog stick on the nunchuck as well? |

What manasecret said. Aim it at 2 candles to see if it's the controller or sensor bar. Btw, do you just have 1 controller??? Oh and if you can't replace the bar fast enough, you can keep using the 2 candles. :) In the other thread you said you were playing PunchOut, was that before or after this? |
