GT Fund Drive
 

I saw Neo lurking on the forums and it got me thinking about what GT must cost him.

As far as I know, Neo (very kindly) pays all the bills. And as far as I know, I have no idea how much that is! :D

So, I figured maybe we ought to set up a fund for GT. I know you can set up a fund account on PayPal. And then maybe one month out of the year, we could have a drive to get people to donate for the GT cause.

I know at least for myself, now that I've moved past school and into the working world, I have some spare money to help out.

I fully support a fund, if it is built on a reward-based system.

For instance, if we collect 50 dollars, BaB has to dress up as batman and record a video of him running through the city of New York where he lives.

If we raise 100 dollars, BaB has to grow an afro and document it in a blog which shall be called "Earl-Fro: A tail of hair and hard cash."

Im more worried about when GTs license will run out. Think its next year sometime.

Nah, if we collect 50 dollars he has to change his username to "Three Dog".

I know Professor had looked at buying GT a few months ago, but I don't believe anything quite came of that.

I'm sure we could raise funds if paying for the site ever became a problem.

Maybe I should organize a mailing list incase anything did ever happen, though.

If we raise... sod it even if we raise nothing, BaB should do it anyway, he should dress as three dog and post pictures.

But yeah contributing monitarily to the forums would be ok after 10 years of posting here. I just need some money first. The first person to say 'Subscription Charges' should get a really hard punch though, that could potentially kill the forums.

I know, lets sue the punks at GameTavern.com for being name theives.

Edit - More BaB Rewards.

$150 - He has to eat pies until he's fat then post pics.
$200 - He has to snog an old granny and post pics.
$250 - He has to pay the rest of the bill.
$300 - He has to pay the bill forever.
$350 - He has to sing 'Barbie Girl' and post the vid ;)
