Update: I have confirmed that this bundle will be available in all regions that Xbox 360 is sold except those in Europe.

That's actually a pretty sweet bundle, but almost certain that Halo 3 nor Fable 2 were game of the year... either year they were released...

Still good deal if you don't around own an xbox for halo....
