Snake or Lizard?
 

I tried explaining to Fox and Swan that this is in fact, a LIZARD, but they wouldn't hear of it.
Who else is foolish enough to claim that this is a snake.

Has eyelids and ears, thus Lizard. Two-thirds tail. Other species in the same family do have legs.

It would help if you told us what the animal was.. or is that not needed, based on physical appearance I would be inclined to say snake except for the facial features.

Kind of looks like a gecko.

Hmm, that pic is tricky though. Easier to tell if was in motion. There are other legless lizards which look much more lizard-like.

I believe the pic I put up is called a Glass Snake. But its still a lizard!

I've heard of those legless lizards. Weird and interesting.
