Dead Man Singing - Warren Zevon's Farewell
 

I was originally going to post this in the Music thread, but in the end its more than just music. This is the entire show, interviews and all, of Warren Zevon on David Letterman. Backstory:

At this time of this show, Warren knew he was dying of lung cancer and Letterman wanted him to have one final performance on his show and he dedicated his entire show to Zevon, his music and final words.

While Zevon is an acquired taste, he is truly a giant that transcends rock and roll, and the interview is an example of how good television can be when it wants to.
