That would have been the world's greatest prank.

Yeah. He tried stopping the Joker, thinking it wouldn't poison the water supply, but it was really helping Gotham, and he ruined it.

wouldn't help gotham at all...

so many doctors would lose their jobs... people would cancel their heath insurance. gotham would be in financial trouble, so many would be homeless without jobs.
