Yoda's Blog: 7/4: The Wrath of Yoda
 

So I've been playing FF7 for a month or so now. I finally sat down today, pumped in about 8 hours and got to the final battle with Sephiroth. I lay the smackdown (after reviving party members about 8 times) and beat him. It goes to the cutscene and guess what happens???? My PS3 decides to play the cutscene at about a frame every 10 seconds. I patiently wait for PS3 to right itself (seeing as it has done this a couple times before but quickly reverted to normal), but after about 3 minutes, it completely locks up. I'm sitting there in complete disgust as the final cutscene gets fucked over. My neighbors probably though I had terets syndrome or something.

I continue to sit there for about 10 minutes in complete awe. To play a game for that long and not be able to enjoy the final cutscene like it was meant to be enjoyed is the shittiest feeling ever. I am so completely pissed.

So after I cooled down, I decided to just youtube the end cutscene. I got to see it, but it definitely was not the same as seeing it in the game. I'm so distraught that I don't even know if I can stand to start Chrono Cross right now.

Soooooo disappointing.
