Not as impressive as I imagined.
The Wii actually went down in comparision to Smash and Kart months. And Wii Fit had a slower start than both of those games. Hell, Kart outsold Wii Fit this month. So much for Wii being only for the casuals. PS3 sees a decent bump. And its first clear cut victory over the 360. Shall be interesting what MGS 4 does for it in June.

That's an interesting question.
And there really are just two x-factors in my head.

1) Will either console see a price drop?
I think a price drop will help the PS3 a LOT more than it would the 360 at this point. MS is really dropping their momentum at this point.
2) IF games prove to be the system seller.

Halo didn't really prove to be a system mover. GTA has proven not to really move consoles. MGS 4 will move consoles, but it will iffy since it also comes with the console. Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Gears 2 will have to show they won't sell to the fanbase already.

Anyhow, I think at the end of the day Ps3 will sell more it has more ground to move on.
