Web Comics
Now I'm pretty sure that there are other people here who read web comics. I'm pretty sure EVERY gamer reads Penny Arcade but I was just interested in what other ones people here read.
I myself seem to have a bit of an addiction to web comics. They are what I have the internet for. When I find a new one that I like i will immediately start reading through the archives of them. Hell some of the ones I do like I have read through from start to finish a few times. But yes, I would say that my favorite one that updates on a regular basis is Sam and Fuzzy. Just something about it I have always loved. The earlier stuff when they didn't have story arcs aside from the tiny one here or there are just golden. In the past few years they have been going from giant arc to another though. Still good but they kind of lack something that the original ones had. Right now they are in the middle of an arc that has been going on for like...2 years I believe. Another one that I really like Questionable Content. Kind of like a Penny Arcade but on random indie music. Well again more so the earlier strips. It is more character driven now with the occasional obscure music joke in it. Others that I read are Ctrl-Alt-Del, Penny Arcade(of course), VG Cats(though they don't update enough), Dr. Mcninja(which I go back to everynow and then) and a bunch of random ones. Another great one I loved but has not been updated in a rather long time due to personal issues of the creator is Men in Hats, which I stumbled on through a google search. But yes, what do you like friendos? |

I like that one even though I don't play WoW anymore. Which reminds me, I should read Flintlocke. |

Butternutsquash, The Perry Bible Fellowship, and Nedroid's comics...specifically his Bad Comics Challenge

Re: Web Comics
I just noticed pretty much all my web comics are comedy. The one that I really loved that was more serious was Post-Nuke. Basically a post nuclear story that...well is more serious. It seems a little rough on the writing at times but then again I have not read through all the issues in awhile.
I suggest you check it out http://www.postnukecomic.com/ |
Re: Web Comics
No Fools Comics was great until they stopped updating.
What fuckers. Everyone should check out Lackadaisy. Cats during Prohibition, anyone? http://www.lackadaisycats.com/ |
