Challenge 4: Master of Disguise
 

In war, your enemy is not always straight forward. Sometimes, they may prove to engage in psychological warfare. Trying to blend into the crowd for better survilleance.

For this challenge, you must quickly identify your oppenents.
But this is not as easy as it sounds as your enemy has disguised himself multiple times over. So to correctly identify this foe, you must name each of his respective body parts and who he stole his identity from.

Good soldiers, do not waver when you have no clue. The enemy's true face shall always come through.

I just do not know the black belt thing, that robot on the hip, or the background.

I feel like that robot on the hip is from that space station game on the Gamecube, but I can't remember the right title.
EDIT: Space Station Silicon Valley for N64 is what I meant, but I don't know if it's a character from it.
