For those of you who do not know or have not seen Equilibrium (great movie by the way):

At the pinnacle of Librian law enforcement are the Grammaton Clerics, who are trained in the deadly martial art of Gun Kata, an art which teaches users to predict the actions of opponents during firearm combat. I believe the best description I have ever heard of Gun Kata is that it is a fighting style based around cool poses
