I'm glad my parents never treated me so awfully. It's one thing not to be able to afford something for your kid, but pretty fucking shitty to build up his hopes like that and then taunt and mock him and laugh in his face when his hopes come crashing down, and to realize it's your own family doing it to you.

I like how the person who's saying WE CAN'T AFFORD AN XBOX 360 is holding a video camera. If you sold that and stopped making dumb videos of personal family moments, you might be able to afford it.

That is pretty much the worst thing you can do to a kid on Christmas. Slightly less evil would be to bring in a Santa actor and pretend to shoot him to death.

Just so you guys know, he did get the gift... it says it on the youtube page. They caught him peaking at the gifts and they took the Xbox out and filled it with clothes.

Still mean, though. Bad sense of humor...

According to Engadget (who's currently in the process of hooking him up with one), the family actually never did get him an Xbox even though they said they were going to.

Who knows for sure though?
