5 Free iTunes Songs (Facebook Users)

I tried it. It works. And you can leave the group afterwards.

It's like the McDonald's, or 80's music of websites.
Give it 10 years and it'll be big in Europe, too.

To be honest I kind of knew what it was, but I wanted to show you it's nothing in Europe (yet).

In Holland, Hyves is the popular one. The UK has Bebo. Myspace also seems to be pretty big, but here it's mostly used by emoes. I personally use MSN space, even though I'm pretty much alone and I use it more as a normal website than one to keep up with my friends.

Yet is right. Gots lots of friends from my year abroad who are joining facebook, several of whom have been members for several months. Plus it only just recently opened to everyone.

I wait patiently for all of the rest of my friends to join up. It's hard enough to keep up with friends in cities a few hours away. Across an ocean, or the ones way up in the Great White North here, really hard to keep in touch with them. Facebook makes it much easier, just wish they would all hurry up and join! All of the other social sites I can't stand, they're all too unprofessional and too poorly designed. Haven't tried MSN space, but likely won't since I have trouble finding fault with facebook.
