I HATE WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER
 

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH.

Stupid Microsoft. The first time they tricked me into downloading Windows Live Messenger (under the name MSN 8.0), I hated it so much that I went back to MSN 7.5. WLM messed up my smilies, made it harder to change my avatar and included even more stupid crap that slowed down my PC.

Apparently Microsoft now stopped supporting MSN 7.5. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...2174738AA1yus3 Everybody has to upgrade to the crappy WLM.

Somebody advised me to use AMSN, so I'll try that now.

Then use Google Talk and be happy. Only Canadians use MSN anyway, so unless you want to talk to one, you don't need it :D

Windows Live Messenger works completely fine for me - and everyone else who uses it.

What problem are you having with it?

It deleted some of my smilies. It doesn't display some other smilies. My avatars are messed up: the ones that came from pictures that have since been deleted or moved are gone. Suddenly there's a picture of me and my ex in the list again (can I sue Microsoft for emotional damage? :D).

Most functions have only become harder, like changing your avatar or searching for those smilies you rarely use. I bet it comes with a load of new useless crap.

But I guess I'll try to adapt to it instead of going back to something else again... dam you Microsoft.
