Watching that trailer.... the story seems like "everybody gets headshot". They even kill a kid! :(

One the one hand this looks like a much better movie than the first AvP..... on the other hand it might have too much action/gore for my taste.

The end of the first AvP left me in a state of suspense so of course I'm itching to see this one.

Not to mention that it was filmed in our own town and we didnt realise it till an hour in................ seriously some of the scences are filmed in our small downtown core.

Thus far, 27 out of 32 people have not enjoyed it. With a Rotten Tomato score of 16%.

If you go and see AvP: Requiem at least go in knowing that it's going to be pure crap. Why you would waste money on this film when great films like Juno and No Country For Old Men are out is beyond me, but the joy of movies is that they are subjective. I don't doubt that this is a mildly entertaining film, and by mildly entertaining I mean that I'm sure this film will be fucking painful to watch if you are older than 40 and are an Alien/Predator (original films) purist. That said, I may just rent this when it comes on DVD because I do mildly enjoy watching two great monsters duke it out, but frankly the video game is much much better. Also, did I mention there are lots of other better movies out?

But my opinion is moot, because I really had a blast watching that crapfest Freddy vs. Jason. :)

No Country For Old Men was just amazing. I loved every second of that movie

I did too. I wasn't expecting such a suspenseful film going into it, but I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
