There's really nothing that can be done for blurriness. All I would suggest is some curve adjustments, the red tinge isn't that good.

theres a ballance to be found.
you can sharpen up blurryness and make it clearer, theres a few things to be done, not just the unmask filter. and yes it does make it clearer, you'd be able to read things or tell what something is where before it was hard to tell. But too much sharpening will make the picture look ugly. it depends on what your looking to do with the photo, see detail, or make it look pretty. |
