It's Samuel L. Jackson, and they supposedly gave him that line after he was cast for the role (ie, it wasn't actually in the script to begin with).

Honestly, my friends are all really excited for it. They think it's gonna be so bad it's funny. I think it's just gonna be bad.

I personally don't understand the hype behind this movie...
Nor do I understand why people give it extra credit because "Its so obvious and self-explanatory its brilliant."...

Not just because it's a silly reason to think something's brilliant, but also because it could apply to so many other movies...
I believe Superman Returns featured Superman returning, and my sources tell me that Cars was a movie about cars...

This movie just so happens to be trying to look ridiculous...

Not that the movie won't be fun and/or funny... But does it really deserve the kind of hype it's getting? *scratches noggin*

I think it's the concept of combing two absolutely unrelated things. Snakes + Planes = Snakes On A Plane. I don't see what's not brilliant about that. Like Girls Gone Wild, in Outterspace. The novelty will never wear off. Plus, this is supe-badass Samuel Jackson.
