Well I did say it was fairly useless by itself. Don't forget that many of these clues must be combined with other clues in order for them to make sense. Every time a new clue is released you should check and see if you can find some kind of relation with another clue.

No there is not a bracket. Keep in mind there may be more than one way of representing something, but I couldn't tell you if you're on the right track w/o knowing why you think a bracket should be there.
