These are preliminary predictions just to make sure we make it in before the game starts.

Teuth, BlueFire, GM -- if any of you want to change the Cook tribe predictions, just make a new post with your own. I know next to nothing about the World Cup, so please make your own predictions. Neo, if anyone posts after me with their own predictions before the games start, please take those as the Cook tribe's.

Alright we've got Cook going for France and Drake going for Germany with both picking Italy in 3rd, so the tie-breaker won't matter unless neither France nor Germany wins.

So now that Germany has lost, if France advances but then they get second, does that mean Drake wins?

Right so it looks like it all depends on France. If France beats Portugal and Italy then Cook wins. If France loses to Portugal then we're going to have to do a new tie-breaker for the final between Italy and Portugal.

France just lost their star player Zidane after he intentionally head-butted an Italy guy in the chest. I mean he just totally decked him. What an idiot!

Italy has defeated France in penalty kicks to win the World Cup. Italy made all of their kicks but one of the French player's kicks banged off the crossbar.

With the most accurate prediction Drake Tribe WINS IMMUNITY! After tonight's scavenger hunt challenge we will begin the tribal councils. Cook will have at least two to contend with.

Even thought the Drake Tribe got immunity with that win..I would have much rather seen France win the World Cup. The player on Italy with the number 16 is an *******. I also thought Zidane was great..but why the hell did he do that? He's a veteran, and he's not playing for the national or club team that he's a part of next year. It was his last game..and he is France's best penalty kicker. What a stupid move.

Well, this was his last game ever, I believe.
He came out of retirement (again, I believe) to play this world cup.

So givin it's his last game, he may have wanted to make an impact.
He did just that.
Look at this board even. More posts about Zidane, than about Italy winning. And we arent even a sport forum.

Part of me just thinks he wanted to get talked about, go out "on top". Instead of being overshadowed by possibly losing the world cup.

Either that or the Italy player must have said something horrible to him. But it didnt even look like they were chatting it up.

But I know what that's like, sometimes you just let emotion get the best of you, especially when the ref isnt looking.
