Game's you've loopholed

I didnt know what catagory to put this in, for starters.

Second, this is to discuss games you've totally messed up. Not physically, not with a hammer, but within the game itself. Like, a total dedication to trying to cause a glitch.

Example:

When I was about 7 or 8, me and my brother were playing NHL '94 or '95, (I think 95) and we had this brilliant idea to see how high the score can go.

So we set the game to 20 minute periods, and both took control of opposing teams, and I pulled my goalie. Whoever got the puck, would shoot it immediately into my net. We were dedicated kids. We did this for a long time. An hour to be exact. Well, an hour of game time, so longer than an hour.

Anyways, at about the 10 minute mark of the second period, we noticed that the score was reaching the 200's.

Then, suddenly, upon the 201st goal, something odd happened.

The score, it changed. From 200, to &%$%*.

We got the score so high, that numbers stopped existing, from there on in it was just a jumble of random symbols, yet we kept going anyways. I think the final score was something like #&*%$#$* to 0.

EDIT: What the ****, I dont remember putting an apostrophe on "games". Thats totally uncharacteristic.

Well, there was the whole Cinnabar Island affair in Pokemon Red and Blue. Surf along the shore to clone any of your items 99 times. Most popular item to clone was rare candy. And along those very same shores was the chance to encounter Missingno.

My very first loophole was accessing the debug system in Sonic 1. Which allows you to transform into various in-game objects and enemies and clone them right into the level. When you're transformed, you can pass through solid walls and literally just fly through to levels end. Sometimes if you go tooo high or too far the game freezes or you die.

There was also another glitch in Pokemon RBY. Depending on the last Pokemon you've fought, you'd encounter a pre-determined Pokemon. Using this technique, and a different glitch, you could catch any Pokemon you wanted. I got Mew in the wild using this, and I proudly display my 151 caught Pokemon. I caught 'em all!

Bube, I think I still have that soccer game movie from you on my PC. "We bounce". That was fun, though not really a loophole or whatever.

I can't really think of anything.... Ah, I've seen guys walk on top of that Counter Strike level once or twice. That was fun too. :)

I do remember something with going through walls.... can't pinpoint it yet.

Remember when we were playing Gunstar Heros and you threw Black of the screen, then we stood around for a couple of seconds, then my character ran off the screen to go collect the gem he dropped. HAHA good times! :D

The Pokémon one immediately came to mind. If you upload Missingno to Stadium he looks like a baby rhydon.

The debug thing was in Sonic 2 as well which I messed around with a lot.

I fail to see how that's a glitch.

In Jurassic Park on the SNES it was possible to walk through some walls in one building. That was creepy, because inside, you couldn't see any exits, you just had to walk around and hope you'd walk through another 'open' wall.

In Castlevania DoS there's one...I forget which souls and weapon you use...but you go through the wall and on the map you'll see your blinking self circling the map. You can control this blip to a certain degree and stop it when it goes over a room and you'll end up in that room. Easy to beat Boss Mode really fast like that.
