Is the game rare? Seems like the kind of game I could find on the sales rack at Target for $5.99 with all the other has-been or crappy games.

I never thought that game was rare. I used to see them all over the local GameStop and EBGames.

This is a brand new copy though, right? The original non-GH is kind of rare, and goes for a fair amount of coin on ebay.
