Question about MKDS
 

Now, I've been seeing stars on peoples names online, kinda like ranking, one star, two, etc., now my little brother informed me that in order to get stars on your name you would have to go into the missions and get stars there... so far, all *small spoiler* 7 */small spoiler* missions have a two star rating. My little brother and I went online to see if I got any stars... turns out he was very wrong... all that work...

So here is my question, how do I get stars? I see them on only the good people... and I was curious of how many stars I have recieved since you cant see them on your own...

Help me out?

I think the stars systems basically works like this: to get 1 star, you must get at least a 1 star ranking in every mission mode AND also get a one star ranking in every single Grand Prix circuit, in all engine classes. So to get a 2 star ranking, you must do the same, only 2 stars in everything.

I think I have a star...at least there's a big one when I check my records. I know I have at least a star ranking in all the cups, but not the missions. Do you guys have a star when check records. If not then I guess the missions don't count...or if one of you can recall if I had a star when faced me online.

No, the missions don't count. Just the cups. You guys could have always checked Gamefaqs.

Missions are only there for personal achievement and bettering of one's skills.

Also, yes, it is viewable in the records screen.
