The Munchkin Suicide

Today in film class, we watched the Wizard of Oz DVD that was just released not too long ago and before it started my teacher in addition to several students were talking about the alleged munchkin suicide. I asked my teacher if it was real just to make sure because I was going to e-mail her when I got home with links to Snopes and Wikipedia which write the crazy story off as an urban legend and provide the real truth of that mysterious image. So she said yes, it really did happen. I just got finished sending the e-mail. Do you think I'm setting myself up for a lower grade by pwning the teacher?

Naw. Pwning teachers is one of life's greatest joys. I remember my first teacher pwn like it was yesterday. Mrs. Lang, first grade. Didn't believe me when I told her bats were mammals. That poor deluded fool. Even after bringing in three books she had a hard time accepting it. But afterwards we became good friends and baked muffins together...sweet sweet naughty teacher/student muffins.

The munchkin suicide is definitely an urban myth, but it is one that carries more believeability than most. It's not true, but I can see how a teacher can believe it is true. I recommend sending the teacher a private e-mail with sources cited refuting that myth.

The professor shouldn't have a problem with that.

Yes...cummuffins...I was quite the mature first grader...

Sweet as in they contained a lot of sugar. Sweet again because of the frosting. Naughty as in naught, as in they didn't truly exist but were rather mental muffins. And teacher/student as in our class "baked" these fake muffins with our minds to help learn addition and subtraction. And here you go thinking dirty thoughts. You should be ashamed.
