Trauma Center: Under The Knife
 

...is so good. It's what I bought the DS for - something completely unique that I've never experienced before, and it delivers. It's so well done, and you really learn fast and it becomes second nature which tools to use when.

Anyone else played it?

So you get to operate on people? Is it fully graphic?

Yeah, you operate on people, and it is fully graphic. Everything you do shows up on the screen - blood, tumors you've extracted, shards of glass your remove from intestines, etc etc.
