Mini DV question

Alright... my brother is in Australia, and he recorded a Mini DV movie for us to watch. However, it must be in PAL format or something, because our videocamera won't play it.

What can be done?

You probably need a PAL video camera with a North American adapter.

I don't know if some stores can convert it to VHS for you. I assume something like this has come up before, and an easy solution has come up by now.
