Found amass the old junk in my closet I found this sweet comic book. And to top it off it's the first issue! Anyone wanna give me an estimate of it's value? :D

What kind of condition is it in?

I mean, my fathe has a HUGE collection of OLD Superman etc. comics, but many of the ones you would think would be worth a lot, aren't because of their mediocure/bad condition.
