Nintendo are the bestest

Had a dead pixel. Sent it to Nintendo free of shipping. I get it back two days later fixed. Now that's what I call customer service. It was so fast and easy...a bit too much so...little Nintendo elves getting paid under minimum wage...poor fellows...what with the uncomfortable shoes and all.

Side note: Just got the Boxware screen protectors for my DS. Really nice. Can now play Meteos worry free.

Are you sure it was the same DS?

Yeah. Same serial number. Was actually kinda hoping they would give me a brand new one. Oh well.

Go Nintendo!

I have a dead pixel on my DS and two near the bottom of my PSP but the great thing is they always seem to disappear during gameplay. Or maybe they just blend in but the only time I notice them is when I start the systems up. I don't plan on sending them in but should more pixels arise, your successful repair story makes me feel at ease about sending my handhelds in.

That's the same thing that happened to me. I'm satisfied though... if you notice them during gameplay, you must have x-ray vision.
