There is no such thing as a good game to GamePro... cept those that are EA crap titles...

Oh no! GamePro gave one less point to a few games than "everyone else!" Bring out the torches! Begin the lynching!

So, if GamePro is so EA biased, why is an EA game the worst scored game out of your list?

When you've been making the same game for over a decade, it should be good. Why is it so surprising that football games get high scores?

them and g4's Xplay, who scores on a 5 point scale that's any good? nintendo power? nope!

Gamepro does suck, but these scores are not really out of line, IMO. Ive played both Meteos and Kirby, and while they are both good games, If I was reviewing on a 5 point scale I wouldnt give either one a 5 either. As for the Madden stuff, personally id never give a madden game a perfect 5 based on what ive played, but everyone seems to eat up the Madden franchise, so this is nothing new...

you guys .. need to open up a lil more..... you all think people are "eating up" or "buying into" the whole Madden franchise..

Do any of you realize they ARE sports games fans out there? I play Madden all the time I think it's a great game....... particularly cuz I'm a sports fan.

If you play FPS all the time and no sports games, why comment on how a franchise is so successful.

I don't play Madden because Football has too many pauses, and isn't my style (HOCKEY), but irregardless, how did Meteos get 3.5 for control? Impossible.

maybe the guy only thought it controlled 'fairly well'?

people need to realize that game reviews from publications are geared at casual gamers to give them a vague idea of what to expect. I tend to only read what actual GAMERS have to say...

If you get a football nut like me to review Madden, it's going to be a much different read than if you got someone who doesnt understand what a touchback is.
