man, i d/l that bootxp but now i keep getting dat screen everytime i turn on the pc asking if i want to start xp and if i want to start it without the bootscreen. please tell me how to get it to quit asking me everytime. i don't got time to play with it right now.

If you have Windows XP, go into the Control Panel, open up System, click on the Advanced Tab, then go to the bottom where is says Startup and Recovery and click settings. At the top you'll see a list of operating systems, you can select the one to load from everytime, and even change the time delay.

If you don't have XP.. well.. tell me and I'll tell you the other way under W2K.

nah, man, dat didn't work. but i got it figured out now. i remembered that xp has dat cool feature called system restore so i just restored it to the day before that happened. everything is cool too, it doesn't delete your programs you d/l or documents you saved since then or anything.
