Hrmph...those are some heavy recommended system specs. They recommend a 265 megabit graphics card...not a whole lot of those going around....

most new gfx cards are 265mb. as long as all your other requirments meet, i dont think the 256mb gfx card will matter all that much more over a 128mb

I would spend the small amount of time to dowload it, but you know, with my graphics card having the fondness to take it up the ass, It will be a little pre-occupied.
