I say it's either some kind of adapter add-on device for the DS or an easily Photoshopped picture.

Putting black text onto a CD doesn't seem like it would be very difficult. So I reckon it's the work of an artist who likes to play tricks!

ridiculously face.... He probably printed those on transparent decal material and stuck it on...

other pictures seem photoshopped as usually the CD rays that appear through sunlight, affect TEXT appearance as well and all is fine black while a rainbow of colors appear all over the CD.
