Help me make a t-shirt/t-shirts.

My girlfriend came up for the idea of the first design. I just fooled around. The top part would be on the front, and the bottom/logo part would be on the back. Any changes you would make?

I saved it at really, really low quality. It'll be high DPI when it's printed out.

And for the second shirt I want to have a really obscure video game reference (preferrably 16-bit or Zelda-related). I'm completely open to suggestions. I was thinking of a huge Crono from CT on a shirt, because that would be kickass.

So yes, comments and suggestions please.

EDIT: I made a preview for the first shirt.

EDIT2: Ok, I've come up with the ultimate obscure 16-bit reference!

How about something obscure, 16-bit and Zelda-related? Something to do with Chris Houlihan's secret room perhaps. I'm just going to assume you know what I'm talking about.

Tell me how to design a t-shirt around it, and we'll talk. Do I put " HE STOLE MY 45 RUPEES" on it? Do I put directions to it?

Hmm. It's a good idea.

Yeah, actual design is tough if you want to keep it kinda obsure. Directions from the sanctuary could work, or something...I dunno, there are a few ways to approach it.

I've always wanted a shirt that said "STUFF" on the front and "THINGS" on the back.

Then make one. It's easy as hell.

Where do you have the shirts made?

What I really would love is a black t-shirt with golden Zelda letters on it. Perhaps a bit advertising for the new game on the back. :D

We're making them ourselves with an iron. She made a "Woot!!1" one last year and a "42" jersey for the Hitchhiker's movie on friday, already.

Yeah, so I made 4 more Chrono Trigger shirts.. there's awesome. I'm making them all.

making t shirts is great fun, although they only last about 5 or 6 washes... oh well...

Make one that says: "I Love Janissary James"

Not if you make them right...

All of our Spinto Band t-shirts are homemade and I own some and they last a while. I guess it depends on your methods. Our friends silk-screen them for us.

silk screen is different from iron on... silk screen ones last forever.
