I just found out this last week that I am getting a lap top for graduation. That will put me in the multiple computer bracket. I'm moving up in the world! :D

My parents have asked me if I want a laptop for a possible graduation gift. I basically told them not to waste their money.

I told them to get me an Ipod instead :D

I got a 4th of July party for my graduation.

Thanks for the congrats.


Although, I don't think the laptop will increase my GT time since I spend quite a lot of time here anyway with my desktop. And the laptop will be primarily used for my trips to Europe and those nights at work when I need to be doing a paper.

I'm open to any suggestions from faithful laptop users.

Not really. It is mostly my mom's decision. But I would like to have some ideas in my mind in case she asks me for a suggestion.

I own a Gateway DS Notebook and it's very reliable and powerful at the same time.

You should either get Dell or Gateway, they have the best support and most reliable laptops.

I have a Dell desktop so I had suggested that my mom look at Dell laptops (so they would match :blush: )
