How many of you collected all the shines? I just blew the dust of this game and I see that I am at 68. Not sure yet if it's worth the pain to find every one. The difficulty seems to have increased since SM64 with all the tiny platform jumping involved.

I completed all the normal missions but I don't think I did all the coin missions. I'm not going to go back and try for those. I think they're wasteful and boring.

I got them all, I thought the game was pretty easy, to be honest...

Ehm, I think I got 78 or so. I can't remember. I was close to picking it up the other day, actually.

I'm currently at 23 stars in Mario 64 DS. I think I only got about 80 in the original.

Going back to collect Shines wasn't nearly as fun as collecting all 120 stars like I did in Mario 64 (twice, in fact)...so I never did it. Can't remember my final tally though, 90 something maybe?

I have about 85 I think. Collecting those blue coins is boooooring. :zzz:
There are a couple of shines I can't get... :unsure: I'd have to put more time in it, but every time I play it, I grow tired of it within half an hour.

Didn't get them all. Like most people, Blue Coin finding was too much, even with a guide.

Collected all 120 in SM64 twice, though.

I would have already collected them all, but somehow my game got some serious scratches and I havn't been able to play it in ever.
