It was my favorite drink, and yesterday I found a site wanting to save Surge.

I've heard of it, but we didn't get it that much in Canada. We don't get Mello Yello much either. Or Mr. Pibb.

Oh, if you weren't aware, it's the

FULLY LOADED CITRUS SODA that got discontinued by Coca-Cola about 3 years ago. I thought it was the best drink ever, and it was the only consumable product that I won an actual prize in besides a free drink or something.

I like Surge when it was out. But I don't really care if it makes a come back. I'm sure I've grown out of it (just a high school thing)

I never had it because I thought it might contain harmful levels of caffeine.

Doesn't Coca-Cola make Mello Yello now which is basically Surge in slightly different packaging?

I hated the Surge commercials...


I used to down 10 of these a day at college...so nice to be able to drink Mountain Dew again.

And I remember Surge....I never had any....but I remember it....

I loved Surge. Dr. Pepper will always be my favorite, but back when surge was around it was #2 on my list.

All per 12 oz drink:
Mountain Dew has 55 mg of caffeine.
Mello Yello has 52.8 mg of caffeine.
Surge has 51 mg of caffeine.

Red Bull has 80.0 mg of caffeine.

I usually drink a 20 oz Mountain Dew with a 200 mg caffeine pill to get going.

We do? I don't drink pop all that often. But I guess you would know for sure. ;)

I'm 100% sure Mr. Pibb isn't up here though.

Nono, No Mr. Pibb.


But, I know we have tons of Mellow Yellow. I see it at G&A, and Ceder, even at school all the time....they always have it stocked.


We used to have Surge.




But now im actually addicted to juice.

I always thought Surge and Mountain Dew were the same. I guess I should have tried more then.
