Steam Emulator
 

Hey guys. I am completely against the pirating of HL2. I bought my collectors edition copy, so please don't flame me before reading what I have to say.

Now, on to what I have to say:

I downloaded the Steam Emulator for HL2, and I'm amazed at the speed differences. My load times have been cut nearly in half and my stutter bug is all but gone. It's offered me tons of performance increases and I just thought I'd let you guys know that if you can find it, it's TOTALLY worth it (at least it was for me).

wow...i could really use that...my loading times are like 3 minutes each...and i have a real problem with the stuttering, could you PM me the place where you got it from please?

and i got my copy of HL2 of xmas, so it's legit :)

just be careful, cuz they can still deactivate your bought HL2 accout for using it.



i would prolly think of using it myself, but i dont have any of the probs other people have, aside from the friends list, my steam runs quick and perfectly.

not saying it would. im just saying if they found any reason to say thats what your using they wouldnt hesitate to deactivate the account. the message board has many people cryin about just that very thing.


they even had one guy who got his deactivated cuz of cheating, he came on the message board and said they couldnt of banned him cuz of that cuz his cheat was undetectable. :rolleyes:
