Have you ever had one of those days where you just felt like everything in the would was out to get you, for some strange reason today I'm sad and I really can't explain it..

I usted to give my girlfriend crap because she was always like I'm not sure why I'm sad, and I always told her there has to be a reson it doesn't just happen for nothing. And now I see there is no reson to be sad but I am for some strange reason.


Gah, I just don't know what to do today.

Try going for a jog. Exercise can open the mind and brighten spirits.

I had the exact same feeling not too long ago and a friend of mine is like that right now. I don't know what happened to that feeling, but I just didnt let it get me down too much. Went away after a few days.
