unfortunately you do'nt know what word I'm talking about since it gets censored every ****ing time. I guess you'll just have to use trial and error. I'd start in the F section of a dictionary.

To answer your question, The Smoking Gun is indeed a real website. They search public courts and the internet for court documents and such. Apparently it isn't all that hard to find, but all the stuff is definitely legitimate.
