I don't doubt that his IQ is that high. But you have to understand that IQ scores are split into different sections. And although some of his scores might be that high, it's fairly obvious in watching him that his verbal scores are most definitely lacking. Which sucks for him, because verbal skills are obviously the most noticable when you're in a position like his.

However, I'm still going to take the article with a grain of salt. IQ tests have a hard enough time gauging intelligence without a Republican trying to "estimate" what the IQ would be of the Republican cantidate (or Liberal with Liberal cantidate). IQ tests are so flimsy in and of themselves that a person just estimating them holds no merit for me (regardless of what the estimations are based on).

There exists TWO sides of knowledge: IQ and EQ.

IQ: "The ratio of tested mental age to chronological age, usually expressed as a quotient multiplied by 100."

EQ: "Intelligence regarding the emotions, especially in the ability to monitor one's own or others' emotions and to interact effectively with others."

EQ = better. IQ = bullcrap.

Your IQ can vary by 20 points depending on how you're feeling. You need like 3 tests to get an accurate idea of your actual score.

I know plenty of smart people I think are complete idiots. Is this any different? :confused:

Although I don't really trust that method of determining the IQ.

I think its cool that I have a higher SAT score than the President.
