I have been having "chats" with Dylflon lately, and he says most of my posts piss him off, and many others.
He says when he gets pissed off at Typhoid, he gets pissed off at Sean, which obviously and naturally goes hand in hand.

He also said most of my posts are irrelavent and stupid and have no meaning. But nobody said that every post had to be well thought out, or smart or anything like that. At least not that im aware of.

I said i was waiting to change my posts and such if people complained, and yet nobody except him has done it to my face.

Then he called me an idiot becxause my posts are annoying so i should stop. But what pisses one person off might not piss off another. Im not saying nobody is pissed off, hell, i would be, im just saying different things bug different people. I couldnt find anything ripping on DH for posting alot ( im sure there are some).

which arises 2 things.

One: People talk behind my back, which is fine because its an internet forum, and not much i can do to stop that.

And two : Nobody other than him is willing to tell me that they dont like my posts.

well, now is your chance, i will take no offense to anything you say here, while i might reply back, because well, lets face it, i live on these boards.

So lets have it, annoyances with my post cramming, constuctive grammar/ spelling critisism what have you.

Typhoid basically said, he wouldn't stop being annoying unless a lot of peopel complained. So if he does something that bugs you, tell him.

I have a few things.

-When you say something that makes you look like a jackass and people take offense, you say that's not how you meant it.

To prevent this, post things in a manner that makes it so people cna understand what "you really meant".

-You post cram. In a few short months you have almost caught up with my post count. Not that I care if you pass me it's just that I've been posting here for a year. Your current posts per day count is 15.55

-Many of your posts are completely and utterly irrelevant. It's okay to have an irrelevant post every so often, but not when most of your posts are irrelevant or idiotic.

Those three things are the main things that piss me off about you.


I know some of you have complained and been pissed off before at Typhoid. Make sure you tell him what you think. He said it himself, he won't do anything unless people complain to his face.

Theres nothing wrong with Typh, there may however be something wrong with the people who let it bug them so much. perhaps jealousy? perhaps afraid a little number next to the words post count will get higher then thier own, i dunno.

but typh, screw em, if you have something to say, say it. there should be no reason why you should have to hold back just because you've already posted a number of things that day, thats retarded.


And with a bot lerking around that posts things that half the time arent even understandable, NO ONE with authority at the site should have anything to beef about with typh, or any other person. ;)

I don't have a particular problem with you, Typhoid. If I don't like something you have posted I normally ignore it. If I want to make an effort to correct something I'll do that.

You always tell me on MSN that my posts ae mostly irrelevant and i post too much. yet i have no idea why you let it get to you, you don't hear me yell at you for bitching about me, or anything like that.

And i also find all of this wierd, out of all the poeple on these boards, i hang out with you the most, and yet you aer basically the only person complaining about what i say / do.

May I offer a possible reason for this?

Maybe since unlike the rest of us, Dylflon sees Typhoid in real life on a regular basis, he is unable to take time away and the online annoyance spills over into real life. Thus, it seems worse than it is.

Going closer to the topic: Yes Typhoid, your posts do have a tendancy to annoy me, but I have learned to take it in stride and it does not bother me nearly as much as it used to. I admit to skipping over all but the first line of your posts half of the time because I have learned from past experience that there is unlikely to be anything of interest to me in them. Nothing personal, I'm sure there are people here who feel the same way about me.

One thing that does get on my nerves though is your tendency to do something even though others have cited it as an annoyance. An example, and one that got jeepnut's slave kinda pissed, is when you referred to Pure Evil as a "Sexing Richard" after the discussion of cursing in which quite a few members said they found it either annoying or offensive. She and I both felt that this was both crude and inconsiderate.

The tone of the above post is supposed to be more matter-of-fact than angry.

I didnt refer to a person as a "Sexing Richard" i was substituting words for F*** and Dick. Hence F**k becomes sex, and Dick ( as in the name ) becomes Richard.

I wasnt directing it at anyone, and im sorry if you percieved it this way. I was trying to be funny and show that i hate Political Correctness.

But since you dont read my posts i guess you'll never know. :p


To be honest, i dont know what or who Pure Evil is. But i wouldnt make fun of someone over the internet, look at any of my posts,. i never make fun of people or call them names except if it is in a joking manor, and i usually apologize for it.

But yes, like i said, i dont know the guy Pure Evil, or the thing Pure Evil. But it was showing my distaste for Political Correctness.

I guess i'll have to put little " j/k"'s , winking smilies and toungue smilies on almost everything i say from now on.

Your post don't bother me. Your spelling may not be the best in the world but neither is mine and I don't see why anyone would want to complain about your spelling when they almost everyone in the forum mistypes and makes spelling errors.

In terms of your post count going up so fast in such a short time, I'll be the first on to say that your not the only that has done this in these forums.........when BAB first joined his post count hit when past in about 2 months or so. However I think the reason BAB was never complained for ( atleast to my knowledge) was because he made some relevant points from time to time. Now as for me, I don't have a problem with your posts........ I believe if you feel like typing something once it's within the forum rules and regulations go right ahead. But if a couple of members think that your spamming then you should check yourself and see if what they say is true and do what needs to be done.


Oh yeah Dylflon it looks like your opinion is changing because of the general opinion of the forum, would I be right in assuming this?

Your posts used to drive me up the wall... but I have taken to ignoring it and just accepting it. And yes the Sexing Richard thing really pissed me off. 1. because you had already been told how stupid it was and 2. because i HATE it when people refer to sex as f-ing

and criticism is spelled with two c's not two s's
