Re: Applebee's?
To tell ya the truth, I'm not much of an Applebe's man...I don't reall like the environment when I go in there. It's depressing. Food is OK, but I don't going there all that much.

I've never been to Applebees, however, I whenever something anywhere is advertised as bottomless, they give me enough the first time and so I don't take them up on their offer... Which makes me sad... |
Re: Applebee's?
My step dad order the bottomless ribs and they kept bringing him fries instead of ribs. because he was going thru the plates like a mad man. :D

Re: Applebee's?
In the city of Greater Vancouver, ther has to be about 50 IHOPS ( at least) and like 100 Applebee's.
I've only been to Applebee's once. But IHOP, my god, i go there 3 times a year with my grandparents, and then i go more with my brother and other family and stuff. I always always get the same thing there, i think i've only ever had one thing while i was there. I always get the Belgian waffle and Strawberry milkshake. But it seems to me like they made the waffles alot smaller, i remember about a year ago they were huge...now they are just big.. (And yeah, from where we live: Me, Dyne and Dylflon, we live about 5 minutes driving from an Applebees, and about 15 with medium traffic from an IHOP) :D |

Re: Applebee's?
I remember one time we went to Applebees awhile back we had this really hot waitress. Thats my best memory from applebees. Not the food.
|
Re: Applebee's?
I havent seen a Sonics in Canada yet.
I think we have an Arby's though somewhere around here..the first time i saw an Arby's was when i went on a trip to Alberta, (ya so far away :P) and i looked up at the sign, and i will never forget what it said : " Fresh caribou c*nt"...im hoping someone tampered with the sign. I have never gone to an Arby's, nor do i plan to, because i hear the are quite disgusting. So i will stick to my A&W and Burger King. |

What are you talking about? Sonic is one the best. Far better than McDonald's or Burger King or Braum's in the burger business. Their burgers actually taste like burgers. IMO. *shrugs and walks away* |

This one time, I was so hungry... I ate at Arby's.
People do crazy things in commercials. Like eat at Arby's. --Sorta Simpsons quotes. I love those jokes, because I can't stand Arby's. |
Re: Applebee's?
Man, all this talk about food is making me hungry for some...well...food. Who else wants to try that Flamethrower sandwich from DQ?, and the "New" Spicy Chicken sandwich from Bk? MAN, I NEED FOOD!!!
|
Re: Applebee's?
Speaking of Applebee's, I just won a $20 gift certificate for it.
Woo. Hoo. |
Re: Applebee's?
Applebee's is great.
Last time I was there was about 3 years ago...and I remember having these really spicy chicken wings. Good stuff. |
Re: Applebee's?
I have been to Applebee's a few times but I can't remember if I really enjoyed it. I mean the food was good because it was free but I don't think it really stood out to me. I would probably love the ribs but I have never had them. I really like Chili's though.

Re: Applebee's?
What do you people have aginst arby's? Thieir rost beef beats the **** out of fast food burger meat any day. Im finally getting an arby's built about 3 miles away from my house. I couldnt be happier.

Re: Applebee's?
We have a Taco Bell here where I live. It's awesome, easily one of the best fast food places.
|
Re: Applebee's?
I have a McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, Panda Express, and an In N' Out restaurant within about 5 miles of where I live.
To the people who have been to CA and I think the US West Coast: Have you tried In N' Out burgers? If you have, are they not the best burgers in the world? |
Re: Applebee's?
I tried In N' Out in San Francisco; it was ridiculously busy. When we finally got our burgers they were ok. I guess the cooks were too rushed.
El Pollo Loco is really good. We even saw cops eating when we went.. you know a place is good when the cops goto eat there. ![]() |
Re: Applebee's?
I like Taco Bell because it is cheap.
|

Indeed. The foods not all that amazing, IMO, but it is quite cheap, even by fast food standards. |
